Charity Partner

Bedford Town Football Club is delighted to confirm and welcome our new charity partner. The club have linked up with the East Anglian Air Ambulance Charity for the coming season and we are thrilled to be fundraising and working towards our target of helping out this great cause.

Over the last year, there has been a large focus on the fantastic work the NHS has done during the pandemic. As a club, we feel it is important to recognise and back the superb work all areas of our health system do to support life. By connecting with the EAAA, we can support a vital cog in the emergency health care system.

Speaking to bedfordeagles.net, Chairman Ralph Allen said "I was very pleased when the senior management of the club accepted The East Anglian Air Ambulance as the lead charity that the club will support next season. They have flown in excess of 30,000 missions in their 21 year history funded mostly by charitable activities and I welcome the opportunity for the football club to contribute towards that effort in the future. I am looking forward to welcoming some of the volunteers to The Eyrie when the season begins".
